Ability to memorise custom reports

After I modify a report, I should be able to memorise it and have it available as a memorised report to run in the future.

    Reckon Insights - our new analytical tool is now available. Please head over to Portal > look for Reckon Insights.

    You can connect your Reckon One book's feed to the Report > use the out-of-the-box Reports available or you can generate and save new Reports (available with the Creator license).

    It is Now Dec 2023 and I still can't find a way to save a report to favourites with the selected parameters. I have reports saved in Favourites but each time I run them, I still find I have to select the same parameters that I want .

    Hasn't this been looked at yet?

    Hi Michael. Yes sorry the new reporting tool took longer than expected to get off the ground, and we went a lot broader than originally expected. The goods news, we are hoping for a soft launch to Reckon One customers later this year after a July demo to our partners was well received.

    Yes! Agreed. This is a really significant weakness. Almost a show-stopper for me at this stage. Initially I was heartned to see from Jason Hollis' comment that this will be included in the forthcoming upgraded reporting tool. But then I saw that Jason's comment was posted 18 months ago. That doesn't leave me feeling very optimistic that this has received serious prioroty from Reckon. I hope it comes very soon, before my patience runs out.

     I agree, very frustrating- I’ve been spoilt by 20 years of Quickbooks and Reckon

    We are currently looking at the best way forward for our reports @john, including a new reporting tool. Whatever we decide, memorised reports will definitely be part of the solution.

    After switching from QuickBooks on line, where this facility is available, the lack of this feature in Reckon One is very frustrating indeed.

Saving filtered/customised Payroll Reporting

It would be great to be able to save a payroll report that has been customised/filtered rather than having to redo it each payrun. We could do this in Payroll Premier.
