    The ability to add a customer at the register already exists.

    Go to the customer tab and click New Customer

    Note: If you are integrated with Reckon Accounts Hosted we use the customer list from Reckon Accounts as the master list; this is to ensure we don't have data conflicts. We do plan to add a 2-way sync in the future after we add 'on account' as we'll need to sync customer balances.

    If this is the issue please create a new idea for a 2-way sync of customers with Reckon Accounts Hosted, or let us know and we'll create the idea (always looks better when created by an actual user though :) )
