Tailor Cash Register GUI for different departments individually

We have:

• A Canteen that sells food
• A bar that sells drinks and
• ticket sales booths

We have up to 8 POS registers and would like to have different cash register items on each of the 3 departments.

eg canteen doesn't need bar drinks showing and ticket sales does not need canteen items or bar items showing
