    Hi there,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Employee details are retrieved from Portal. You will have to ask the employee to login to Portal > My Profile (person icon at the top right end of the screen) > update their details from here.

    Next time you go to Employees in Reckon Cloud POS, you will be able to see the changes over there.
