Rewards products points to dollar spend

Explain your rewards system in more detail. The current rewards program i am running is based on $1 = 1 point  with a collection at 300 points/ $300 spend for a gift.

Not sure if your system allows this but as i can't find a way to make it work i can not proceed. Love the idea of simple and intergration with accounts but needs to function, if you can fix these few points i am yours for life.
