Desktop icon - to allow staff to login directly.

  The process to add this shortcut is relatively simple, however does depend on your operating system.

  For Windows 10

  • Right-click on your destop
  • Select New > Shortcut

  

   

  • Copy the address from the Reckon Portal and add to the text box eg https:\\portal.reckon.com

   

  

   

  • Name the shortcut

  

   

  • Click Finish

   

  Your new shortcut should now be visible
