Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

Adding a Miscellaneous Item you have to add the percentage of GST - this should either be is GST Free or Not.

The need to enter a % amount needs to be replaced with perhaps a check box, for either includes GST or doesn't, the software then needs to calculate the GST at the required %'age.  If this goes against other countries, can we have a template/tab that is set when you select Australia, where it has both Australian wording and defaults to 10% GST. 

Adding a Miscellaneous Item you have to add the percentage of GST - this should either be is GST Free or Not.  Under no circumstances should the User have the ability to edit the GST percentage or amount.  This is a ticket for disaster, if there is any way of getting something wrong a User will!!!

    POS uses the default tax rate and the user can turn off this ability to change tax rate in Management System.
