Ability to select a default Template for emailing Payslips

Need ability to choose a private 'From' email address for payslips rather than the default business email address which can be accessed by anyone in the company. Currently, to protect individual employee's privacy, I have to print/scan each payslip to pdf and email privately. This is very time consuming.
