Decimal place for annual leave accural

It would be beneficial to allow more than 2 decimals in Annual Leave accrual period "Every Pay" Such as 2.923

    Hi Julie, time cannot be 4 decimal places in a "time format", so you need to track time as a decimal. To do this, change the setting in the General preferences.


    Once you make this change, leave will accrue to 5 decimal places.


    The 5 decimal places still need to convert back to a "time format" so you will see the system automatically change 2.923 to 2.92306 (as an example).
