The ability to follow up with suppliers for their insurance certificates is great but sometimes we require more than two types of insurance, could it be possible to have another box with the abiity to change the label. Currently the only options are Workcover and General Insurance but it would be good to be more specific - eg, Workcover, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Motor Vehicle, Equipment etc. So in summary, the ability to add more options and the ability to manually change the type.

Hi Therese. The other option would be the utilise custom fields. Although they are only text based, you can set these up pretty quickly without development from our team which could be some time off if at all depending on priorities.
