It would very handy to business selling big variety of product to be advised if an item is low in stock or out of stock once a delivery docket is saved. We only get a message once an invoice is created which will only work fine for cash sales but not for business where most of the custmers have an account and place orders to be delivered in future.
I should also make sure you can see the little availability icon in your sales orders? See circled below.
Hi Paula. Are you utilising the Sales Order fulfillment feature in Reckon Accounts? The reason I ask is, you can check SOH from the Qty field when creating the sales order, and then utilise the sales order fulfilment worksheet when processing the order (picking, invoicing etc..).
