Better support time based billing and accounting

Pro Timer has little support and need better integration/updating. Time by Job Detail report has limited one line/100 characters in the Notes Column, this notes column should allow word wrap to allow more detailed notes. Today time is the most significant metric, please provide more support for timekeeping and reporting.
