customers can pay with order but suppliers cannot . I pay most of my suppliers with order as i do not like to run supplier accounts . would also be good for one off orders from suppliers that may not be used again .
The bookkeeping process in Reckon Accounts is to:
Create a bank account, and name it something like "Orders", Goods in Transit" etc.. (up to the business).
Pay the order from your bank account TO the bank account in step one .
When the goods are received, enter the bill and pay it from the bank account in step one.
