Make cancelling subscription easier
I get a phone not active message (from New Zealand) when phoning and phone seems to be only way to cancel subscription.
The easiest way to cancel the subscription is, from the Reckon Accounts Hosted Dashboard, click Control Panel, then select Manage Users. Select the User Account you want to Cancel, and then click Disable next to the Reckon Accounts Hosted Annual/Monthly License
