    Hi. There are a few places to see a customers open balance. It would be great if you could provide a screenshot, or advise the steps you take to get to this screen. We have checked 3 open balance screens and all show more than 4 numbers, so we must not have the correct window. Many thanks, Jason.

    Hi and thanks for the idea. Can you please provide some more detail around OPEN BALANCE? ie would it be possible for you provide a screenshot?
