When hiring new employees it's a requirement to enter their TFN. However, once entered it isn't conveniently displayed anywhere, taking into account how important TFN's are in our reporting obligations and the fact that they are entered into the system, it would be great if they were available easily for later reference, and printable on forms, such as pay slips or employee related reports.
Hi James. You can achieve this a number of ways, including customising your employee centre columns to show the tax reference (right-click on that list to see the customise option).
You can also add the Tax No. column to the employee list report and memorise it.
