Ability to specify bank account to apply bank rules to

Where there are multiple bank accounts being used in a file and for various practice locations (classes), it would be useful to be able to define that a bank rule should only apply to a particular bank account (or all accounts). e.g. Cash Deposits cannot be added as a bank rule for a particular class in Reckon as this type of transaction feeds through in more than one bank account and class/location.
