We use outlook as our email. When we sent invoices statements etc to certain email address - ie; @ bigpond, some @gmail etc. they get sent as a winmail.dat which no-one can open. You then have to print, scan and resend through outlook to customer. Very time consuming and only seems to be since we updated to windows 10. Any help on rectifying this would be great but have tried all the chat groups.

Saving invoices as PDF already exists in the application.
With the invoice on the screen, go to File > Save as PDF...
Alternatively you can print to PDF applications directly such as Foxit Reader which will save the output as a PDF.
