Audit Trail on Users log-ins - Dates, Time, Length

  Although the Reckon Accounts database logs multiple events, there are unfortunately several technical reasons why we can't present this amount of data in an audit report. Additionally, we cannot verify a users true identity in Reckon Accounts simply by a user name eg Admin.
  
  Options undertaken in the past by our customers include:

  • Consulting your IT team / partners to log application use on the PC itself, or if using Reckon Accounts Hosted, track browser / IP address history.
