A section/box showing the date an invoice, statement etc was emailed to the client.

Currently it is not in your email sent box so you cannot verify that it was actually emailed out. Stops multiple email outs of the same document

    Unfortunately due to numerous email methods / clients for desktop this would not be possible. We have however recently added an email log for Reckon Accounts Hosted as requested by our customers.

    For desktop the sent timestamp will need to be returned and then reviewed by the mail client the business has chosen to use. We recommend setting up a rule so all sent emails from Reckon Accounts are stored / copied to a specific folder in your application for easier searching.
