Non $AU Customer Imports Merged

The current API requires that a non $AU customer be set up prior to importing transactions. The main reason I stick with this program is that it's one of the only ones to allow multiple tax agencies at the same time.

You can't import Transactions and have the customer automatically created when in other currencies, even if specifying the currency. This works when it is in $AU.
