Option to Show/Hide icons for "Company Snapshot/CustomerCentre/SupplierCentre/EmployeeCentre/ReportCentre" on Icon Bar

I cannot hide these icons of "Company Snapshot / Customer Centre / Supplier Centre / Employee Centre / Report Centre" on the icon bar, which takes up half of the icon bar and cannot move them either. It would be nice to be able to customise to your own needs. Thanks.

    To hide these icons, simply go to the View menu and 'un-tick' Navigation Bar

    While it is all well and good to turn off the navigation bar, why can I not remove items selectively from the navigation bar for different user levels? There are items that are not appropriate and should be able to locked out from the user level view. QB Desktop, appears to have had very little review or update in the last 15 years and I am seriously considering finding a modern alternative that doesn't make me feel like it is just a money grab. The posted solution does not address the initial request other than to not show it.
