Unreconciled transactions report / Unreconciled account reports

Two separate reports

1. Unreconciled Accounts
   - able to select any of the balance sheet accounts
   - shows accounts, balance and last reconciled date
   - useful to indicate when accounts were last reconciled
   

2. Unreconciled Accounts detail (above report showing details.
   - able to select any of the balance sheet accounts
   - shows accounts and last reconciled date
   - shows unreconciled transactions.
   - useful to see unreconciled transactions that need to be dealt with
   - people reconcile when they get to zero without looking at what is left over, eg duplicate transactions, unpresented transactions, incorrectly entered transactions. Much easier to identify and deal with these at the time.
   

3. Not only useful in desktop and hosted but all other accounting software.
