Announcement: October 2022
We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, Invoices and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only. Thank you for your patience - building new interfaces and products takes a lot longer than adding a feature, however we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better all-round user experience for all our customers.

Two Factor Multiple Authentication (2MFA)

Will Reckon Hosted be implmenting a 2MFA? With over 1000 employee names and details in our data base if it cant be done we will have to stop using Reckon.

    Hi Gemma. We have this already in our mobile apps and GovConnect. Firstly we need to bring the Reckon Hosted login into our Customer Portal, and then we can add MFA. So this is planned for sure... however there is a LOT of work to move hosted to the new platform. Stay tuned.. this should happen later in the year.

    Hi Rav given the large amount of personal information and commercially sensitive information stored within our company files, we believe the Reckon Hosted platform should be protected with two factor authentication (also known as multi factor authentication), which is in line with the Australian Federal Governments advice for companies. is 2FA something Reckon Hoisted are planning to implement in the near term?

2 step verification feature in RAH

Customer called in today to know whether RAH has 2 step verification feature or not. Informed we don't have this feature right now. He is saying this is one of the requirements in ATO guidelines for all Accounting software's.
