as per the current experience , with the Reckon Account Hosted , I have to deal with the customer and whenever I come back to carry on with the work the screen goes off and I have to login again and again due to which I loss all the input which I have at that point of time.
So, please do the needful for the same for a better experience for your reckon product.

The current parameter for a Reckon Accounts Hosted session timeout on our side is 1 hour after inactivity. That is, if you haven't used Reckon Accounts in the last hour.
However, the dashboard is a little different. The dashboard will show this message after 1hr from the initial login.
Note: the program session in hosted can still be active as long as you have used the program within the hour, regardless of the dashboard inactivity message. ** Simply clicking on the Reckon Accounts screen is enough to re-start the timeout counter.
Therefore, please check the program before assuming you need to log in to the dashboard again.
We feel a 1 hour timeout is substantial compared to other online applications such as internet banking, and we actually extended this due to user feedback in terms of how our customers use Reckon Accounts.
With security at the forefront of our minds, we will not be extending the timeout beyond 1 hour. We also recommend logging out of Reckon Accounts when leaving it unattended due to the sensitive nature of some data within the company file eg Tax file numbers for employees. Of course, as with the desktop version of Reckon Accounts, always save partially completed forms such as an invoice to ensure data is not lost unwittingly.
