This would be very useful for customers who prefer content in writing, as it maps out features and processes, any hidden fees and how to signup etc. A video foramt is really not sutiable to capture everything. More and more reckon seem to think that all their customers only want video, it seems odd that such a large organisation doesn't realise this and it should be looking a the big picture and supplying both. How hard can it be to cover both aspects? It would also reduce the number of calls for technical support too.
