Make the entering of data changing Inv/Statement layouts faster. At present this is way too slow.

Ok thanks Malcolm. So the bad news is we won't be changing the template tool as it is deeply entwined in the core code. I'll have to mark as "will not implement" I am afraid. It's a little off topic for this idea however we are looking at a whole new way to email > at this stage its a 2021 project due to its complexity. As for printing, I assume you are using Accounts Hosted. We are tweaking this all of the time, and although we had to go away from local printers (which was quicker) due to the number of customers who kept losing connections to their own printers, we can always do better. Yes mostly. But also when modifying e-mail text is very slow. Also when printing it takes a long time to print when printing invoices.
