    We have added this to the ideas portal. For now the well established process is to use memorised transactions for ongoing customer accounts or indeed template types.

Allocate default template to customers

Different estimation and invoice template needed for different clients. If clients in a template group could be set their default template it makes more reliable sending correctly for those clients requiring specific formats in templates
