Report that shows Actuals against budget and Prior year with classes

  Leaving as an idea for others to consider. Current workaround is to show columns across multiple years (BY YEAR) and then filter by class (exporting to excel if comparisions are required).

  

  Or run a Budget Performance report and sort columns by year.
