Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

Regards,
The Reckon Product Team

Click back to customer in customer centre from a estimate or sales order in a report.

It would be helpful if we can link from a report back to the customers card in customer centre. ie from an Open Sales Order, or from an Active Estimate report. From any report actually.

This is a great idea and one that we have actually added to our cloud app "Reckon One" as the reports are web pages. However this is unfortunately not possible in Reckon Accounts. The technology we use for Reckon Accounts Reports only allows us to select one OBJECT. In transaction based reports the primary one will always be the source transaction. At some point we will add analytics reporting to Reckon Accounts and at that point we'd include the functionality you are looking for.

Hi Phil - good question and I should have expanded the answer so apologies for that. I have added more detail to the admin response above.
