"Contractor" Setup/Tag Feature in Payroll

We need the ability to setup Contractors in Payroll for the purpose of:

• making regular regular payments (eg weekly/fornightly etc) 
• correct/auto calculation & reporting of PAYGW/Super liabilities
• ability to create Labour Hire Pymt Summs/Income Statements ("Business & Personal Services Income")

whilst being able to tag them as "Contractors" to be omitted from STP etc
