Delete Supplier Remittance Advice and pdf name for emailing

We need to delete the default Supplier Remittance Advice or at the very least if it is made 'inactive' it should not show as a default when emailing the Supplier Remittance Advice.  Also, currently we are unable to change the name of the pdf, it needs to say RemittanceAdvice.pdf and not reckonaccountsemail.pdf.
