For Reckon hosted, allow entering expense receipt info into an app

For myself, as a one man band service provider, it would benefit me to enter receipt details as the expenses occur.  If the  app  could run with or without internet connection, and sync when connection is available, it would allow for quick reconciling when back on the desktop.
