Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

Regards,
The Reckon Product Team

Printing multiple payslips for one employee only

When you go to print payslips and you want to print multiple for one person you have to manually tick each payslip and make sure you don't tick the other employees. I have had request for payslips for the past 12 months (52 weeks worth) payslips but in the print payslips window I have to unselect all and tick each of the weeks for that one employee (otherwise it will print 52 weeks of payslips for all employees). There needs to be an option to filter by employee.

Is this at all on the cards at all to be implemented as its sooo time consuming and a waste trying to do one by one payslip for a single employee, in any accounting program this is a must !

This is a major problem. The Australian government process for claiming apprentice subsidies requires copies of 3 months of payslips for each apprentice. The method of having to selection none and then select the employee is laborious and error-prone. It needs to be fixed.

I went to Employee Info for the specific employee but when I selected print it still brought up all of our employees (so again the need to scroll through and tick). There was no option to filter the employees?

Printing payslips - can go to employee information and print for just that employee

When I need to print 3 months payslips for a single person, it'd be easier if I could just bring that person up and get theirs instead of having to go through all the staff to find that single persons payslip for each week amongst the others
