Allow percentage to be set as an option

When posting memorised transactions it would be good to be able to set a percentage of the total to individual lines.    We have a partnership and the percentage is 50% for each partner.  Instead of calculating each transaction it would be much easier to have it set as a percentage of the total.  This option is available in Xero
