Edit Button on Employee Cards
When you have an employees card open you should not be allowed to change any info unless you hit the "Edit" button. Too many times you may have more than one employees card open and the go to type somehting and it ends up deleting something elsewhere.

We have reviewed and determined this is consistent with all areas of the application. Hitting cancel will ensure the incorrect info is not saved. There have also been no additional votes for this idea in almost 2 years and we therefore feel it is unlikely to be prioritised by our team. Apologies in advance.
