Multiple users to access same payroll data at same time

When you have 30 employees to add all at once it would be advantageous to have more than one person be able to access employees. If 2 people go to access the same persons file then a warning would come up saying same. If just adding new employees more than one user should be able to do this.

    We have locked certain aspects of multi-user mode due to limitations in the source code. Unfortunately removing these restrictions proved in testing to reduce the stability of the application, and therefore we opted for stability over usability in this case.
