Sometimes you need to be able to explain why certain things have occurred. A comments section would be useful.

    Also provide a box to add the employees middle name, instead of just their middle initial.

    Could Reckon PLEASE consider this? We are desperate for this option to be available. It would save so much time on pay day. PLEASE PLEASE do it!

To be able to put a note on individual pay slips explaining a one off deduction

It would be good to be able to explain a post tax deduction on a pay slip. These deduction could go to difference expenses so a note would be great.
