Add Job Scheduling

Would be great to have job scheduling built in, so that when the job is done, we can click straight from there to invoicing it.  Just like the current Estimating function, only for job bookings, (i.e. jobs that don't need to be estimated or quoted, but are in fact Bookings from the get-go.  And ensure the function makes it possible to enter a booking as a recurring one, so the system keeps it there automatically, for those bookings where the customer wants a recurring service.  Otherwise we are having to run our bookings on a separate system and find we are repeating a lot of data entry unnecessarily.
