Restore The Ability To Format Column Widths Of Reports Before Printing on Touch Enabled Devices

We've recently made a change that has restored the ability to format column widths etc on Touch Enabled Devices, testing has passed on multiple devices (including Surface Pro).

If you are still experiencing issues resizing columns, could you comment and provide the device and model you are using.

I have used a Surface Pro 3 for two and a half years with touch screen . Cannot believe the removal of  that ability can be considered an upgrade.  The use of touch screen computers and tablets is increasing. To remove the Touch screen functionality makes a major inconvenience when going to a client to review any reports or data with my Surface Pro.  Please restore the functionality with a touch screen pc/tablet

I can't believe in an "upgrade' to 2018 that this functionality no longer exists!  How can RECKON call this an "upgrade" when a basic functionality that worked perfectly in 2017 now requires users of ALL touch screen devices to disable Touch Screen ability to perform this task in 2018. To me this is a DOWNGRADE but with new Tax Tables (oh and Single touch payroll which was mandatory anyway!)  Very disappointed!!!!
