There should be better security & privacy of information within Reckon Accounts.
For example, a sales employee (with no Admin access) can export the whole customer database if they want to - which should not be allowed. Similarly, they can export the item list too. They can make their own Reports in Excel using the private information they've exported! This sort of information should only be allowed to management - with Admin access. Ie. remove the Excel Export feature from the non-admin users.
This functionality already exists in Reckon Accounts Enterprise and Reckon Accounts Hosted.
I have added a vote for you at https://reckon.aha.io/ideas/ideas/RAB-I-63 for the additional feature you included in this post.
Perhaps a "Credit Hold" Feature - where if a customer has not paid their account, Admin can put them on "Credit Hold", so no more invoices can be issued to that customer until their overdue invoices are paid. The sales person then needs to seek approval from management to allow further sales to go through.
