In regard to PaySlips where the data is confidential it would be a significant benefit to us if the password could be different per employee and either generated and communicated to the employee or even better - employee supplied. This would require some automation from within Reckon to resolve the recipient of the payslip (perhaps based on the employee number) and then performing some type of lookup against either an internal employee detail record or perhaps an external file.
In addition, if this type of lookup is occurring then providing the option to finish the process of by then emailing the payslip to the employee would avoid any accidental transmission of an unprotected payslip being sent to the wrong employee.
