Ability to copy text from other external programs such as Word. Currently have to re-type everything manually.
This already exists in the software, however Mac users are required to use both Windows and Mac Copy/Paste commands.

A bit more info for Mac users:
Because Reckon Accounts is hosted on Microsoft (Windows) servers, within the session you use CTRL + C/V however your local PC, being a Mac, requires CMD + C/V to copy/paste.
The process to copy from a Local Mac to Reckon Accounts Hosted is:
On Local PC, use CMD + C
Open Clipboard and use CMD + V
In RAH window use CTRL + C to copy from clipboard
and then CTRL + V to paste into the required field
Hi Jacqui. Mac uses the Command key instead of CTRL. Please try Command + V / Command + C

Thanks for that Jacqui. Depending on what browser you are using (chrome, internet explorer, safari etc...) you may need to use the clipboard.
Copy the text from your word document > select the clipboard > paste the text into the clipboard > click the Copy button > paste your text into the relevant form in Reckon Accounts Hosted.
Update: We are addressing this issue for Chrome users in an upcoming release, however Edge and Firefox still require the clipboard.
I am using Reckon Hosted. If there is a way that would be great because I am forever having to re-type text from Word
