Some User & set-up Instructions on PDF would have saved me 15 wasted telephone calls to your tech support and would, i think, enable Reckon to reduce its IT support staff.

    Help docs for Payroll are located at https://help.reckon.com/reckon-one/payroll and are quite comprehensive. All pages are printable or can be saved to PDF by clicking on the ellipsis icon (3 vertical dots) on the top right hand side of the screen. User creation is managed by the Reckon Customer Portal at https://help.reckon.com/reckon-customer-portal

    We have a selection of user guides at https://help.reckon.com/reckon-one/user-guides and will look to create a payroll user guide for some additional assitance.
