I have a demand for this as well. One of my customers would like Invoices sent to one email address and Statements sent to another. At this stage I can send both forms to both email addresses (by having both addresses listed in their account) but they don't like that. I can delete one out when it comes time to hit send but this requires more thought (remembering these details) and effort. I've also found over the years that if you need to contact an accounts payable employee to follow up on payment that this is often another email address again.
Thanks so much for sharing your idea with us! We'd love to learn a bit more so we can fully understand your needs and how best to support them. Could you provide some additional details on which area of the product you are requesting multiple emails, within the product or in the customer portal?
Hi and thanks for the idea. Can I please clarify a use case here as I note the idea is for our Reckon Customer Portal. Is that the case, or was this idea meant for one of our products? Many thanks, Jason.
I should have mentioned. I use Reckon Accounts Enterprise and this feature would be greatly appreciated.
