feature should
allow new tickets to be lodged and a resulting notification to appear in notifications
show current status of all tickets, active at the top along with its latest update from support (sortable)
ability to add comments/updates in active tickets
provide the ability to close along with reason for closing (suggest close reason is mandatory)
each non-active tickets listed should link to its comments, rather than show the comments (neater UI) etc
feature should be accessed via
in new menu item on top RHS menu bar near help/notifications icon
notifications or
as a drop-down option in the help menu option or
further to this, the feature would list all tickets from all products subscribed to, grouped by product
