When adding a new customer, what was wrong with the old option of entering them as a business or indivdual. Now having to add an individual as a business and entering their name in the "branch" box is not user friendly. Surely im not the only business who has customers that arnt another business.
We could have done a lot better at explaining the new changes - apologies for that. The branch only option is only temporary as we are adding a completely new CONTACTS area by years end. The new contacts will allow you to add multiple contacts to a customer or supplier, as well as the ability to email one or many of these contacts eg sending an invoice.
