Opening Balances

i do not see an option to add opening balances for each Chart of Accounts and ledgers and sub ledgers we create. Please add this function otherwise the existing companies can't use this program. 

Please provide option for customization of fields in various forms like; invoices, bills, customers and suppliers contact details etc. along with add and delete of fields in the respective forms.
