YTD Account Receivable KPI - Filter for all A/R accounts

Currently, this out of the box KPI is filtered by default for an account called 'Accounts Receivable'.
This is fine for Reckon one where there is only one A/R account (with this name).
However, for RAH, where you can have multiple A/R accounts, it means only the default A/R account is included unless you update the filter.
