Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

To be able to archive/make inactive tiles in the Reckon Portal for GovConnect

Hi, I have a couple of tiles on my Reckon GovConnect (Dashboard) who are no longer clients and it would make life easier if I could archive/make inactive these tiles so they no longer appear all the time, I understand they can't be deleted but would be nice to not see them any more, Thanks Cheree

    Hi, You mentioned you would be looking at making some changes to the Reckon Portal back when I first made a suggestion, which is over 2 years ago. Any updates, this really needs to be sorted in some way, PLEASE

    If cannot be deleted then an archive folder would be awesome, at least to move them out of eyesight on the main screen.

    The ability to re-organise or hide unused tiles would be extremely helpful!

    Thanks for the feedback Cheree. We have some substantial work planned for GovConnect around the middle of 2022. Based on current thinking we will be able to satisfy your requirement.
